TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
To ensure your booking is secure we require a £100 non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid in cleared funds or cash prior to your stay.
Keys can be collected from and dropped off to Sheila Wilson at 15 Johnston Place, Kirkcudbright.
Smoking.is not permitted inside.
The cottage is not recommended for families with young children because of the stairs and close proximity of the river, but may be considered. Their safety will be your responsibility.
Pets will be considered, but a refundable bond of £100 is required in case of damage.
